• Structure and drive Pennylane's Strategy & Ops projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Ops and Tech.
• Lead governance and communications for the project.
• Support the business plan for the ACPR case.
• Coordinate suppliers for Tech/Product & Compliance streams.
• Oversee the transition from project to permanent structure.

• Strong project management in Financial Services.
• Build and maintain governance models and frameworks.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams: Tech, Product, Compliance, Legal.
• Strong communication with senior leadership (GM, ExCom).
• Ability to challenge tech and compliance for scalability.
