📋 Description

• Independently guide technical direction and implementation from concept to deployment.
• Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance and client success.
• Create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on architecture and dependencies.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and bug fixes with focus on security and reliability.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice and project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years web development; Python, Python frameworks; Postgres; SQL; AWS; Docker.
• Frontend basics (JS, CSS, HTML) and OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Proven leadership in Agile, mentoring, and guiding architecture across multiple teams.
• Architecture validation and design (UML/C4/ArchiMate); SOLID; OWASP; secure scalable systems.
• CI/CD pipelines; Cloud Native; non-relational databases.
• Experience integrating Customer Identity and Access Management and setting technical strategy across teams.
