📋 Description
- Test Strategy: Lead Unit & Characterization tests (Golden Master) vs legacy C++ logic.
- Automation Focus: Build/maintain test automation; coordinate UAT and DevOps.
- CI/CD: Enforce 100% Golden Master; keep regression <10%.
- Characterization Targets: Create 3,200+ tests and 80% code-path coverage.
- Performance Engineering: Profile/test to meet 7k–8k TPS; latency <5ms.
- Technical Validation: Validate IPC behavior, Redis cache ops, Node Manager state transitions.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of IT testing/automation experience.
- Automated testing for Java and C++ codebases.
- Java 21 and HA/HP systems experience.
- Golden Master & characterization testing methodology.
- AI-assisted test generation and performance profiling.
- Telecom domain knowledge: SS7 and Diameter.
