📋 Description
- Provide technical support to APAC and China customers, troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with developers and internal teams on post‑integration issues and best practices.
- Identify areas where Airwallex products aren’t functioning and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to diagnose causes of system failures and deliver solutions.
- Be available to manage the process for resolving system incidents.
- Contribute to tools, systems, and processes to improve productivity and reliability.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years experience in people management of Technical Support Engineers in APAC/China
- 5+ years experience in customer-facing technical support
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related majors
- Experience with REST, JSON, HTTP, HTTPS and SQL
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication
