Partner Account Manager – Scandinavia (Stockholm/Oslo) at Extreme Networks

📋 Description
- Own short- and long-term goals for Channel partners in Scandinavia.
- Develop and manage the territory channel development plan and recruit partners.
- Coordinate channel resources (marketing, sales engineers, ops).
- Engage partners to commit to the account plan and investments.
- Track activities with partners in SFDC and monitor opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian
- Based in Sweden or Norway (Stockholm/Oslo preferred; relocation not included)
- Experience in reseller/channel sales
- Strong business acumen and partner go-to-market understanding
- Ability to interpret financial statements and align with partners' success
- Willingness to travel within the region
