🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
• Strong product mindset and passion for building customer-facing SaaS products
• Strong experience with Laravel or Symfony
• Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and performance optimization
• Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
• Experience with React.js or Vue.js
