- Drive revenue from your portfolio via upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reduce churn by building relationships and proactively solving issues.
- Increase product adoption across Mollie offerings (Capital, in-person payments).
- Expand account footprints with Solution Engineers to improve integrations.
- Own accounts end-to-end: strategy, relationships, contracts, closing deals.
- Shape the future of SaaS partnerships by contributing insights to growth.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in Partner Management, Account Management or Customer Success.
- Business development skills: spotting opportunities, negotiating, closing deals.
- Experience collaborating with Product teams across functions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and upsell (40%+ upsell rate).
- Bonus: experience managing SaaS companies or working in a SaaS environment.
