Web Experience Manager at Kong

📋 Description

• Build, publish, and maintain marketing content in Payload CMS.
• Ensure pages are visually accurate, functional, and aligned with design specs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all marketing web properties.
• Set up and manage A/B tests in VWO (UI, light customization).
• Implement test variations with CSS and JavaScript; monitor results.
• Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to resolve layout issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience building and managing web pages or digital experiences.
• Experience working in a complex CMS (Payload CMS strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (VWO preferred).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Comfortable working within established codebases and incremental changes.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
