📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix gaps.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, and replenishment.
• Move on the sales floor to support business needs and guest service.
• Ensure product flow, floor sets, and supply management.

• Able to handle budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Demonstrate business acumen; use metrics to drive decisions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shift; climb ladders.
