📋 Description

• Partner with Global HCBPs and leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Provide thought leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, change management.
• Act as trusted advisor on complex people matters, aligning with policies and employment law.
• Lead end-to-end talent processes: performance management, succession planning, reviews.
• Implement global talent initiatives locally with COEs for consistency and impact.
• Support leaders in building high-performing, inclusive teams through goal setting and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• ~15+ years HR generalist experience at a global financial services firm.
• Experience supporting multi-functional, mid-sized populations in a matrixed global org.
• Knowledge of IAF/SEAR/Fitness and Probity compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with COEs and operating within a global HR function.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance strategy with operations.
