🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years FP&A, analytics, or consulting in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of SaaS models, unit economics, and growth metrics
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets); BI tools/SQL experience a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
• Clear, structured communication to explain finance topics to non-finance
