🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 6+ years total experience, incl. 2+ in CX roles
  • 3+ years in multinational environments
  • Familiar with RBI complaint-handling standards
  • Highly motivated self-starter in fast-paced settings
  • Strong service mindset with client focus
