🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years total experience, incl. 2+ in CX roles
- 3+ years in multinational environments
- Familiar with RBI complaint-handling standards
- Highly motivated self-starter in fast-paced settings
- Strong service mindset with client focus
