📋 Description

• Design and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences for chat and email automation.
• Build reusable prompt frameworks and ensure tone, safety, localization across markets.
• Define agent behavior across scenarios, edge cases, escalation, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end conversational journeys from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Build prompt evaluation pipelines with tests, rubrics, and regression checks.
• Monitor AI agent performance and translate insights into prompt improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4+ years with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven apps (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini).
• English proficiency — native or near-native written English.
• Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered conversational experiences.
• Coding in Python and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AI Agent architectures: tools, function calls, RAG, guardrails, escalation.
• Strong analytics for conversation data, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
