Manager, Regulatory Compliance at Airwallex

📋 Description

• Deliver Vietnam regulatory engagement strategy for Airwallex and licensing program
• Maintain licensing obligations and coordinate with regulators and internal teams
• Implement processes, reporting, renewals, and regulator communications
• Assess new and existing products to ensure 2LOD controls are fit for purpose
• Advise on regulatory changes and guide first-line to mature compliance
• Lead Compliance Monitoring and staff training initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; 6+ years of compliance in regulated finance/FinTech/legal
• Familiarity with financial regulatory laws and best practices in Vietnam and Asia
• Data proficiency for strategic decision-making
• Strategic and creative thinker to solve regulatory challenges
• Strong communication to explain topics to regulators, leadership, and staff
• Experience building/maintaining a compliance program in finance/payments
• Exposure to licensing, regulatory expansion, RegTech solutions
• Understanding financial products, conduct risk, ethics, and controls
