📋 Description
- Manage a portfolio of ~200 SMB customers with renewals and upsell.
- Run structured account reviews and spot workflow gaps for adoption.
- Balance high-volume book with deep commercial plays.
- Collaborate with CSMs, AEs and Product to drive adoption and revenue.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting across opportunities.
- Lead renewal pricing and contracting end-to-end.

- Strong negotiation, pricing and contracting skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- CRM proficiency and pipeline forecasting.
