📋 Description
- Plan and execute integrated digital demand generation campaigns
- Manage paid media strategy and agency relationships (LinkedIn, programmatic)
- Own organic social media execution and growth
- Manage influencer marketing programs, creator coordination, and content integration
- Track and optimize influencer performance for growth and pipeline
- Manage campaign setup across email, landing pages, and digital channels
- Build nurture/lifecycle programs in HubSpot with Marketing Ops
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting aligned with ABM strategy
- Test messaging, creative, and conversion paths to improve performance
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to support event promotion and follow-up
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or ABM.
- Experience managing multi-touch campaigns and nurturing complex buyer journeys.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
- Collaborative cross-functional work with field and partner marketing.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
