- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Collect customer and marketplace feedback on Ripple's value proposition.
🎯 Requirements
- English fluency; Spanish a bonus.
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles at financial institutions, FinTech or crypto.
- Demonstrable multi-stakeholder management in complex environments.
- Experience launching modern, complex B2B solutions with innovative tech.
- Excellence in building and managing cross-functional, global relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; coaching others; lead by example.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive; driven to create impact.
