📋 Description

  • Develop deep understanding of each customer's solutions, org, and needs.
  • Advise customers and enable them to realize Ripple's potential.
  • Conduct financial, business and value analysis to drive targets.
  • Navigate upsell and cross-sell opportunities with partners.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Collect customer and marketplace feedback on Ripple's value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

  • English fluency; Spanish a bonus.
  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles at financial institutions, FinTech or crypto.
  • Demonstrable multi-stakeholder management in complex environments.
  • Experience launching modern, complex B2B solutions with innovative tech.
  • Excellence in building and managing cross-functional, global relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; coaching others; lead by example.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive; driven to create impact.
