📋 Description
- Manage a large customer portfolio with partnerships and revenue opportunities.
- Drive retention, upsells, and cross-sells through proactive engagement.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle—from outreach to closing.
- Perform outbound outreach (including cold calls) to activate customers.
- Develop data-driven campaigns using lifecycle triggers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering.
- Fluent in English + Russian/Ukrainian.
- 2+ years in account management, sales, business development or related.
- Expertise in business cases, financial analyses, modeling, forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven with high attention to detail and business reasoning.
