- Own sales ops: quotes, pricing, and account updates.
- Coordinate server deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
- Track deployments from start to finish; keep CRMs updated.
- Resolve billing and operational challenges for accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth.
- Collaborate across Sales, Solution Architects, and Ops.
