📋 Description

• Architect the governed data, knowledge, and skills layer for analytics and AI.
• Design governed data layer with lineage and regional compliance.
• Design the Knowledge Layer with semantic definitions and relationships for AI.
• Design the Skills Layer with reusable workflows and agent interfaces.
• Own regional/global data localisation in the Databricks environment.
• Define Agent Interfaces—APIs for AI agents to interact with Knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems.
• Hands-on Databricks experience, incl. Unity Catalog and Delta Lake.
• Experience implementing semantic layers or metric stores for consistent analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI/agent systems consuming data and APIs.
• Experience designing data solutions with regional data residency and compliance.
• Senior IC experience, leading design reviews and mentoring engineers.
