📋 Description
- Generate new business revenue selling multi-vendor CCaaS and CX solutions.
- Qualify client needs and position CCaaS/CX services.
- Design and scope solutions with internal teams.
- Lead co-sell with providers (NICE, Genesys, Google, Cisco, etc.).
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
- Maintain accurate sales forecast and pipeline in Dynamics CRM.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in new business sales in CCaaS/Digital CX.
- Proven success selling cloud contact centre and AI-driven CX solutions.
- Track record closing multi-year, multi-million-pound deals in Enterprise or Mid-Market.
- Strong knowledge of contact centre tech, omnichannel engagement, and CX transformation.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
- Experience leading complex bid responses and cross-functional teams.
