- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing to interview coordination and offers
- Lead and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Continuously improve Runway's diversity
- Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruiting strategies
- Track search metrics and provide weekly updates
- Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years recruiting; 3+ in GTM/Finance/Legal/Operations
- Startup environment experience
- Build pipelines and diverse candidate networks
- Sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, meetups, GTM channels
- Commitment to diversity; improve diversity via recruiting programs
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby a plus)
