- Engage with customers primarily through inbound requests
- Onboard customers: validate needs, timelines, risk factors
- Drive adoption and feature implementation via demos and workshops
- Periodic review of implementation through health checks
- Understand, advocate, and document customer use case, architecture, and roadmap
- Build relationships as trusted technical advisor
🎯 Requirements
- Excellent communication to articulate complex technical issues
- Practical knowledge of APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud tech (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Data-driven storytelling to show business value from Kong
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to tackle hard technical problems with minimal supervision
