- Screen databases to identify prospects (Directors/MDs/CEOs/CHROs/CFOs).
- Outbound calls to prospects; present offerings and schedule meetings (6/day, 60–70 calls).
- Generate leads via online research, LinkedIn, directories, emails, and networks.
- Demonstrate ability to set up meetings with large corporates/SMEs.
- Strong client-handling and telephonic probing skills.
- Schedule meetings with stakeholders and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Prepare and share daily call status/MIS reports with contacts added and activities.
