• Lead and manage Production & Talent team; primary support and escalation.
• Review the team's work; guide quality, communication, and execution.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monthly check-ins, and KPI tracking.

• Lead end-to-end production: ideate, shoot, and produce short-form content for paid social.
• Direct talent on set; collaborate with Creative Strategists and Video Editors.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in content production with leadership; on-site Amsterdam availability.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Strong hands-on production; comfortable leading strategically and on set.
• Confident directing talent, managing shoots, and making calls under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills in fast-moving environments.
• Deep understanding of short-form, performance-driven content for TikTok and Instagram.
