🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years producing short-form content for brands, agencies, or studios.
• Lead shoots end-to-end: talent direction, timing, shot lists, on-brief.
• Balance creative vision with execution; deliver shots on time and on-brief.
• Manage multiple briefs and shoots; stay calm under pressure.
• Clear, thoughtful communication across creative, production, and client teams.
• Availability to be on-site at the studio Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM.
