Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Human Resources Administrator to support day-to-day finance and HR operations. This hybrid role combines accounting responsibilities with HR administration and full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience supporting both financial processes and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Accounting & FinanceProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, and vendor managementAssist with month-end and year-end close processesReconcile bank and credit card statementsMaintain general ledger entries and financial recordsSupport payroll processing and related reportingAssist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reportingWork with external accountants/auditors during audits or tax preparationMaintain organized digital and physical financial documentationHuman Resources AdministrationMaintain employee records and HRIS systemsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesAdminister benefits, PTO tracking, and employee documentationAssist with policy updates, compliance, and employee communicationsSupport employee relations and general HR inquiriesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruiting for administrative, professional, and technical rolesPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategiesCreate and post job descriptions on job boards and social mediaSource and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring workflowsConduct reference checks and assist with offer preparationMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting metricsSupport employer branding and recruitment initiatives
