Vice President/ AVP - Private Wealth Open Ended Fund Controllership at Stage

📋 Description

• Lead fund controllership and financial reporting for open-ended wealth funds.
• Oversee fund administrator deliverables, including valuations and FS.
• Prepare and review public and regulatory filings with external administrator.
• Oversee cash reconciliations and variance resolutions with third-party administrator.
• Maintain expense processing and budgets for funds.
• Liaise with internal teams to manage fund administrator deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in private wealth fund finance.
• MiFID/AIFM Manco leadership or PE/investment banking exp preferred.
• Open-ended funds with monthly/quarterly subscriptions.
• Multi-jurisdictional funds with currency and cash management.
• Undergraduate degree; ACA/advanced degree preferred.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.
