📋 Description

• Design and implement automated Segment D journey with HubSpot and CS tools
• Build scalable HubSpot workflows, sequences, and lifecycle triggers
• Develop automated value communications (threat alerts, security pulse summaries)
• Own HubSpot config for Segment D: workflows, sequences, templates, dashboards
• Collaborate with Velaris to set up health scores and lifecycle stages
• Integrate data flows between HubSpot, Velaris, and Metabase

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation (B2B SaaS)
• Hands-on HubSpot: workflows, sequences, properties, CRM hygiene
• Strong process design for scalable customer journeys
• Experience with CS platforms (Velaris, Gainsight, ChurnZero) or quick learner
• Analytical mindset with dashboards and data-driven decisions
• Strong written English for customer emails and internal docs
