- Own and drive Bellroy's email and lifecycle marketing program.
- Build, execute, and optimize email flows and campaigns.
- Use data to measure performance and push improvements.
- Shape program direction with your manager; plan and deliver.
- Collaborate across teams to push initiatives forward.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in CRM.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years CRM or lifecycle marketing in ecommerce/retail/DTC.
- Build, manage, optimize email flows and campaigns; measure performance.
- Segment and personalise using data to drive retention.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Braze, SFMC, Segment (process over platform).
- Own CRM metrics: email revenue, retention, flow conversions.
- Experience or interest in SMS as a channel.
- Cross-functional with creative, data, and tech teams; proactive.
