- Qualify and route inbound leads across three channels (self-service, inside sales, and live chat).
- Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, and internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
- Demos booked and completed gauge performance; help meet monthly targets.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Confident, clear communication with strong writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing and in-person.
- Excellent task organization and prioritization; ability to multi-task.
- Nice to have: experience with CRMs, Health Scoring, live chat, knowledge bases.
- Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and/or in person.
- Patience with users who aren't tech-savvy.
