📋 Description

• Serve as escalation point for Kubernetes, GPU, and AI/ML infra issues.
• Architect enterprise AI/ML cloud infra across multi-cluster setups.
• Lead technical discovery and design for strategic accounts.
• Drive resolution of systemic challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Research emerging AI/ML and cloud technologies to differentiate platform.
• Participate in operational on-call rotation for incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical support or related roles with leadership.
• 5+ years in senior technical, customer-facing roles with enterprise engagements.
• Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge (design, ops, security, networking).
• Deep GPU/AI/ML infra experience (multi-GPU, distributed training).
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face; distributed training.
• Strong Python and one systems language (Go/Rust/C++) + IaC tooling.
