📋 Description
- Serve as escalation point for Kubernetes, GPU, and AI/ML infra issues.
- Architect enterprise AI/ML cloud infra across multi-cluster setups.
- Lead technical discovery and design for strategic accounts.
- Drive resolution of systemic challenges with cross-functional teams.
- Research emerging AI/ML and cloud technologies to differentiate platform.
- Participate in operational on-call rotation for incidents.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in technical support or related roles with leadership.
- 5+ years in senior technical, customer-facing roles with enterprise engagements.
- Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge (design, ops, security, networking).
- Deep GPU/AI/ML infra experience (multi-GPU, distributed training).
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face; distributed training.
- Strong Python and one systems language (Go/Rust/C++) + IaC tooling.
