🎯 Requirements

• Active Real Estate License
• Sales/BD/public-facing experience
• Strong communication and rapport-building
• Time management with a busy pipeline
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, commission-based
• Experience in property management or residential leasing
• Familiarity with CRM systems (AppFolio, MLS)
