📋 Description

• Own and evolve the company’s marketing strategy and systems
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across CA/TX/FL/TN
• Develop timelines, workflows, and task assignments for on-time delivery
• Lead redesign of our website for UX and branding excellence
• Launch and scale new digital channels, including the company podcast
• Refine content strategy and calendar aligned to business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing project management with digital marketing success
• Proven leadership of teams (3+ direct reports)
• Proficient with CRM platforms; SendGrid, Twilio, Hootsuite, Asana
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Real estate experience a plus
