📋 Description
- Coordinate contractors across client accounts as primary ops contact
- Ensure contractors understand processes, expectations, and reporting
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, docs, access, reporting lines, compliance
- Review weekly contractor updates, identify risks and apply RAG status
- Escalate issues to HR, Finance, or Account Leads and track resolution
- Maintain contractor records, rosters, lifecycle dates, and compliance
🎯 Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Experience working across HR, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams
- Comfortable reviewing reports and identifying risks, trends, and early warning signs
- Experience using PowerBI or similar reporting tools
