📋 Description

• Own the enterprise-wide architecture for internal business systems.
• Govern tools used by Support, Revenue Ops, HR, Finance, and more.
• Decide on new system requests; assess need, effort, and TCO.
• Build and lead a systems team as HighLevel scales (future).
• Ensure data flows, integrations, and reliability across platforms.
• Partner with Finance/Procurement on purchasing and vendor decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience owning or architecting enterprise internal systems.
• Deep experience in system integrations, APIs, middleware, data pipelines, and BI ecosystems.
• Proven experience evaluating tools and vendors, including implementation effort estimation and TCO analysis.
• Comfortable operating as a senior decision-maker influencing tooling and architectural strategy.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience building or leading enterprise systems or business applications teams.
