Software Development Engineer – Integration (IT Systems APIs) at GoHighLevel

Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between enterprise IT systems and applications
Build automation workflows for user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, provisioning)
Integrate enterprise tools like Google Workspace, HRMS, Slack, and other SaaS apps
Develop middleware for secure, scalable IT integrations
Implement event-driven integrations using webhooks and APIs
Data validation and reconciliation between systems (HRMS vs identity platforms)

4+ years of experience in software development, IT automation, or API integrations
Strong hands-on experience with Python or Java
Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Understanding of IAM and user provisioning workflows
Experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, HRMS tools, and collaboration tools
Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, API tokens)
