• Strong SDLC and ML lifecycle knowledge.
• Python preferred; Java/C# also okay.
• Proficient in OOP, concurrency, microservices, REST, TDD.
• ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Cloud/IaC: Terraform, GitHub Actions; Kubeflow/Vertex AI familiarity.
• Leadership: hiring, coaching, performance mgmt.
