• Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles and select technical roles
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and guide the process

• Senior SaaS Recruitment Experience: GTM functions; lead complex searches autonomously
• Highly customer-focused: treat managers and candidates as customers
• Exceptional attention to detail: scheduling, communication, documentation, reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management: guide senior leaders, surface risks
• Proactive and self-directed: anticipate needs, solve problems, improve processes
• Tools and Systems: experience with ATS such as Greenhouse and data reporting
