📋 Description

  • Serve as primary technical contact post-sale for enterprise customers through lifecycle.
  • Lead onboarding, guide integration architecture, and drive adoption.
  • Conduct delivery reviews with VP Eng/CTO stakeholders and translate findings to strategy.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and expansion opportunities; escalate to teams.
  • Support renewals and expansion with technical credibility; provide risk context.
  • Advocate for customers; translate patterns into product feedback and roadmap input.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in TAM/CS Architect/Solutions Engineer or equivalent post-sale advisory.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD: Buildkite preferred; Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TeamCity.
  • Strong DevOps tooling: Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Scripting in Bash, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, or Python; read/write/debug code with customers.
  • Strong communication with VP/CTO-level stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Commercial awareness: renewals, churn risk, expansion.
