🎯 Requirements
- 3–6 years in Incident Management / Major Incident / Command Center ops.
- Production operations or site reliability support.
- Experience managing high-severity incidents in 24x7 environments.
- Own service reliability and operational KPIs.
- Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge and processes.
- Hands-on with Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management.
