📋 Description

  • Develop and implement local Client Solutions strategy across markets.
  • Drive sales via alignment on opportunities and pursuit planning.
  • Deepen Tier 1 client relationships and cross-sell services.
  • Leverage local client insights to refine the Client Solutions approach.
  • Track and manage lead-to-opportunity conversions for pipeline discipline.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with target clients aligned to growth sectors.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years in client-facing roles.
  • Proven client relationship and business development experience.
  • Experience securing new business and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong sales funnel, pipeline tracking, and opportunity conversion.
  • Pitching to senior stakeholders with strategic influence.
  • Knowledge of Design & Build methodology, procurement processes, and CRE terminology.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen for revenue growth.
