📋 Description
- Develop and implement local Client Solutions strategy across markets.
- Drive sales via alignment on opportunities and pursuit planning.
- Deepen Tier 1 client relationships and cross-sell services.
- Leverage local client insights to refine the Client Solutions approach.
- Track and manage lead-to-opportunity conversions for pipeline discipline.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with target clients aligned to growth sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in client-facing roles.
- Proven client relationship and business development experience.
- Experience securing new business and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong sales funnel, pipeline tracking, and opportunity conversion.
- Pitching to senior stakeholders with strategic influence.
- Knowledge of Design & Build methodology, procurement processes, and CRE terminology.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen for revenue growth.
