📋 Description
- Develop local Client Solutions strategy; integrate relationship management, pursuit and BD.
- Drive sales by aligning on live opportunities and pursuit planning.
- Deepen Tier 1 relationships; cross-sell services; increase share of wallet.
- Use local client insights and analytics to refine the Client Solutions approach.
- Track and manage lead conversions; ensure pipeline discipline.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with target clients.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in client-facing roles including relationship mgmt and business development.
- Proven success in developing and managing client relationships.
- Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel, pipeline tracking and conversion.
- Experience pitching to senior-level stakeholders with strategic influence.
- Knowledge of design and build methodology, procurement processes, and CRE terminology.
