📋 Description

• Own and schedule maintenance on LaserWeeders and manage implementations.
• Train operators and implement setup with agronomic guidance.
• Liaise with engineering/product on customer needs and equipment issues.
• Support sales with demos and site visits.
• Be the on-site expert for our LaserWeeder.
• Ensure reliability and safety in on-farm deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Manage multiple projects and solve tech, people, and customer issues.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear documentation of issues and processes.
• Travel required up to 50%.
