📋 Description

• Lead strategic transformation and tech initiatives across the project lifecycle in the Insurance domain.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and business-aligned transformation.
• Manage enterprise programs and report to senior leadership and Steering Committees.
• Align with Bank Negara Malaysia RMiT guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years IT PM with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Mandatory Insurance domain experience (GI/Life).
• Transformation across Core Insurance Systems (AS400), digital platforms, Data Lake.
• Lead minimum 5 internal team members (excluding vendors).
• Strong understanding of Bank Negara Malaysia RMiT framework.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Mandatory.
• PMP certification highly preferred; End-to-end RFP experience desirable.
