📋 Description

• Lead Renewal Desk; own renewal governance and forecast accuracy
• Drive renewal predictability and contraction visibility
• Implement scalable renewal automation with cross-functional teams
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership
• Own renewal forecast accuracy and process compliance
• Based in Mexico City with hybrid schedule (2-3 days/wk in-office)

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in revenue lifecycle, SaaS or recurring revenue
• Proven renewal forecasting ownership and leadership reporting
• Experience leading renewal specialists and coaching teams
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, GRR, NRR, churn
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to analyze usage data to identify churn risks
