📋 Description
- Manage day-to-day ops at the Lehi office; keep space ready and stocked
- Own the office budget; forecast spend and manage vendor relationships
- Create processes for equipment ordering, inventory, and deliveries
- Coordinate with building management on facilities and access
- Manage office security and badge provisioning for hires
- Oversee shipping, mail distribution, and outbound shipments
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in office management, operations, or EA roles
- Track office budgets, forecast spend, manage vendors
- Experience onboarding new hires with HR team
- Proficient in Google Workspace; Paycor or HRIS a plus
- Experience coordinating travel for executives or guests
- Prior event planning or coordination experience
