• Design and scale the Builder Ecosystem program from awareness to production.
• Shape the end-to-end Builder journey and accelerate from trained to production.
• Own program strategy, roadmap, resources, and tradeoffs with leadership.
• Track performance, flag issues, and drive data-informed solutions.
• Manage cross-functional alignment across Success, Delivery, and Product Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or enablement roles.
• Strong data and analytics; adept with CRMs and dashboards.
• Experience in growth-stage firms building infrastructure while running programs.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, LMS, Salesforce.
• Excellent written communication; bias toward action; cross-team alignment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites.
