📋 Description
- Own a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts, driving outcomes and revenue growth.
- Drive expansion in existing accounts by new use cases and multi-year growth strategies.
- Lead consultative sales motions across new and existing customers, partnering with internal teams to close deals.
- Build trusted relationships with executives (CIO, COO, CFO, clinical and operational leaders) as a strategic advisor.
- Develop deep account plans mapping stakeholders and ROI alignment.
- Operate as the quarterback across CS, Solutions, Product, and Delivery for long-term success.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in enterprise SaaS and healthcare, or blended commercial roles.
- Direct healthcare industry experience with health systems or providers.
- Experience managing large, complex customers and multi-threaded stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts to identify and advance revenue opportunities.
- Hybrid experience blending sales, account management, and customer strategy.
- Comfort engaging executive stakeholders with strong communication and value selling.
