📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts, driving outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Drive expansion in existing accounts by new use cases and multi-year growth strategies.
  • Lead consultative sales motions across new and existing customers, partnering with internal teams to close deals.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives (CIO, COO, CFO, clinical and operational leaders) as a strategic advisor.
  • Develop deep account plans mapping stakeholders and ROI alignment.
  • Operate as the quarterback across CS, Solutions, Product, and Delivery for long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS and healthcare, or blended commercial roles.
  • Direct healthcare industry experience with health systems or providers.
  • Experience managing large, complex customers and multi-threaded stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial instincts to identify and advance revenue opportunities.
  • Hybrid experience blending sales, account management, and customer strategy.
  • Comfort engaging executive stakeholders with strong communication and value selling.
