📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day overseas player communities and channels (Discord, X).
• Support the User Research team's recruitment for interviews, playtests, and surveys.
• Maintain overseas player channel resources and survey platforms; assist with incentives.
• Operate official social accounts (X) to boost engagement; explore new channels.
• Support research projects with player communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 1–3 years' relevant experience welcome.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1; TOEFL 90+).
• Genuine interest in gaming communities and player behavior.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution, communication, and coordination.
• Proactively uses AI tools to improve efficiency and explore AI solutions.
